THIS YOUNG MAN STEPPED OUT AND GAVE US INFORMATION ON A POWERFUL SUBJECT THAT MOST OF US DID NOT REALIZE WAS SO BAD. I APPLAUDE JUSTIN HUNT FOR THE TIME IT TOOK TO GET THE RIGHT INFO TO ALL OF US. WITHOUT THE BIG BACKERS TO HELP HIM, HE DID THIS ON A LOW BUDGET AND SENT A MILLION DOLLARS WORTH OF MESSAGE TO US ALL. EVERY SCHOOL, PLACES OUR KIDS ARE AT, SHOULD SHOW THIS FILM. (from a testimony posted on Wal Mart.com)

(New Mexico) now has a feature-length documentary it can call its own. Farmington native Justin Hunt’s 75-minute "American Meth" is a fine piece of work, combining familiar conventions of broadcast journalism (and voiceover narration by Santa Fe resident Val Kilmer) with edgier, hand-held, intimate sequences. The subject of "American Meth" is its greatest strength, and Hunt clearly has a sense of mission about this work.

I'M VERY PROUD TO HAVE NARRATED THIS PIECE AND TO BE ASSISTING THIS COMMITTED NEW MEXICAN, WHO IS MAKING A DIFFERENCE. I WANT EVERYONE TO SEE THIS FILM, BECAUSE IT IS FRANK AND HARD BUT FINALLY HOPEFUL.

         -Val Kilmer

Mr. Hunt’s film will wind up as a definitive addition to the study of what we are dealing with."

I am glad to help support this worthy cause, which definitely doesn't get enough attention...

...Especially in South Africa: our gov't is spending a fortune on trying to get people to stop smoking cigarettes, and barely doing a thing about this far more serious problem!

I have already lost one friend to Meth... he went from having many friends, a good job, and a beautiful family... to having absolutely nothing! Its so sad to watch someone you love deteriorate before your eyes, until they aren't even a shadow of who they were before!

Good luck & thanks for your hard work!

-Janie, South Africa

I think what you are doing with this movie is extremely admirable. I'm grateful that you have a gift for getting people to open up, because the world needs to hear the horror stories of the reality of Meth addiction.

I wanted to tell you again how wonderful I thought the movie was. and to everyone that reads this that has not yet seen it.. watch for the Showtime's at the Allen theaters !!!! You did a great job Justin and i am so happy that God gave you such a wonderful gift of storytelling.. and i feel honored to have met you. God bless you and all that you do in the future.

-Heather, New Mexico

I'm still reeling from the impact of your film. What a courageous man you must be to have gone where you went and to have told the story you've told.

-Bonnie, New Mexico

"Justin Hunt is one committed mother fucker, a soldier for our cause no...a mercenary for it....for someone who has never been inside the life of a meth addict he has come real fucking close. Most of you stuff shirt cocksuckers are scared shitless of this world but Justin jumped in it. If America keeps their head in the sand instead of watching this movie, well you deserve the outcome........watch American Meth, the movie, or shut the fuck up and take your medicine."
